2 year check up

Here are some things you are doing at 2
- You can sing your ABC's
- You can count to 15
- You talk in full sentences all the time.
- You know all the colors.
- You love to sing and dance.
- You LOVE to wear your shoes (crocs). You would wear them to bed if we would let you.

- You would eat fruit snacks all day long if we would let you. They can pull you out of just about any bad mood.

- You are still obsessed with your bunny and your night-night.


Our bedtime routine is just about the same as it's always been. We read one or two books (My Dad Can Do Anything and Where the Wild Things Are are 2 of your favorites) then you like for me to sing the ABC song with you (which I think is hilarious)and you like me to sing You are My Sunshine. After that we usually rock for a minute and then you go right to bed.

You are doing great in school and you love it. You really love Mrs. Lolo and Mrs. Meagan, and you talk about your friends all the time. When we ask you what you want to name the baby, you have consistently said "Kyle Barlow" which is one of your best friends at school. We think this is hysterical. You go to Tumble Bus once a week and also have weekly spanish and music classes. You are learning so much at school, and we love watching you grow.

You are 2 though, and at times you really like to show it. Time out is a pretty common occurrence around here. We now COMPLETLY understand why they call it the "terrible two's", but we still think that toddler attitude aside, you are a great little boy and we love you so much!
